Returns

All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of Meghean's studio in Memphis, Tennessee. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

UNITED STATES — We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All original works ship free through UPS. All prints and products are shipped via USPS or UPS.

OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. All orders shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
